RoninTech (“RoninTech”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a cybersecurity and penetration testing company officially registered in Podgorica, Montenegro. Our team works fully remote, serving clients worldwide. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, https://ronintech.me.
Information we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us:
- Contact form: when you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message so we can respond to your enquiry. This is stored in our website’s database and emailed to our team.
- Newsletter signup: if you subscribe using the footer form, we collect only your email address so we can add you to our mailing list.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Cookies
We use only necessary cookies — these keep the website and its forms working correctly. We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising.
Analytics
We use Matomo, a self-hosted, open-source analytics platform that runs entirely on our own server — your data is never sent to a third-party analytics company. Analytics runs in cookie-free mode: no persistent identifier or cookie is placed in your browser, and visitor IP addresses are anonymized before they’re stored. Because no cookie is used, this applies automatically to every visitor and doesn’t identify you personally.
Data retention & security
Contact form submissions and subscriber email addresses are kept only as long as needed to respond to you or operate our mailing list, and are accessible only to authorized RoninTech team members. This website is hosted with Hostinger, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data.
Your rights
Depending on where you’re located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw your analytics consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at team@ronintech.me.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
